Boxing and Conditioning

Join us for our newest group fitness class Boxing and Conditioning with Jaymee Alpert.

Join Jaymee for a fun, high energy boxing and conditioning class. This class combines boxing bag basics – punches and defensive moves (no sparring) with cardio and strength-training. Bring gloves, wraps, and water, and get ready to sweat! See you in the boxing studio on Wednesdays at 5pm.

More on the instructor: Jaymee has been boxing for 15 years and is excited to bring her skills and passion to the J. In addition to being a trainer, she is a rabbi and a life coach.
