The J is proud to offer a wide variety of group fitness classes both online and at the J. #SummerAtTheJ will include 26 classes throughout the week in the month of August, including live classes at the J, online only classes and hybrid classes offered both in person and online.
- Fitness Classes at the J: Per the latest Washington State Department of Health (DOH), the J is allowed to offer small group fitness classes! This summer (as of July 1) we will offer 26 classes at the J. Schedule >>
- Hybrid Fitness Classes: We are excited to offer a selection of hybrid fitness classes. Based on your comfort level, you can enjoy these classes in person at the J or at your own home online. Schedule >>

SJCCtv Fitness On Demand: Members, you have 24/7 access to all of the J’s #VirtualSJCC Online Fitness Classes. Visit our SJCCtv Fitness On Demand page for full access. A password is required.
