Please note: To best serve our members, the SJCC group fitness class schedule is reviewed on an ongoing basis and is subject to change without notice. We appreciate your understanding as we modify our offerings to enhance your experience and meet the diverse needs of our membership.

Fitness Class Levels

โ– - Beginner: for anyone who hasnโ€™t exercised in a while, anyone starting a fitness routine, or anyone wants to master basic movements.

โ– - Intermediate: for those who want a regular exercise routine with moderate intensity who are ready to advance beyond beginner and push themselves more.

โ– - Advanced: for people who exercise regularly and have confidence in their fitness and form. These classes feature intense training.

โ– - Rock Steady Boxing: Those interested must complete an application and assessment process prior to participating. Rock Steady Boxing is offered in person and online.


Online Classes

This year, we’re taking a break from our online classes (except Rock Steady Boxing). However, members, you still have 24/7 access to more than 400 workouts online. Visit our SJCCtv Fitness On Demand page for full access. A password is required. Don’t have it? Send us a request at info@sjcc.org and we’ll resend it. Not a member and want access?
