Fitness Center

  • By registration only. Limited to 5 members per timeslot
  • Monday-Friday 7:15 am – 11:15 am, 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm
  • Saturday and Sunday 10 am – 3 pm

Lap Swim

  • By registration only. Limited to four lanes.
  • Monday-Friday 7 am – 6 pm
  • Saturday and Sunday 10 am – 3 pm

Family Swim

  • Based on the new restrictions on fitness facilities that Governor Inslee announced on July 23, we are no longer able to offer Family Swim.

Group Fitness Classes

  • By registration only. Limited to four members.
  • Monday Classes:
    • Aqua Fit w/Deanna: 9 am
  • Tuesday Classes:
    • Step & Strength w/Nenna: 8:15 am & 9:30 am
    • Gentle Flow Yoga w/Erin: 5 pm
  • Wednesday Classes:
    • MISC Outdoor Bootcamp: 7:30 am, 8:30 am, 4:30 pm
    • Step + Abs w/Deanna: 8:15 am
    • Aqua Fit w/Deanna: 9 am
    • Zumba w/Christina: 5 pm
  • Thursday Classes:
    • Gentle Flow Yoga w/Erin: 5 pm
  • Friday Classes:
    • MISC Outdoor Bootcamp: 7:30 am, 8:30 am, 4:30 pm
    • Senior Cardio Fit w/Karen: 9 am
    • Master Swimming w/Deanna: 9 am
