There is something for everyone to get fit at the J. From the largest fitness center on Mercer Island to our various courts (including newest program: Pickleball!) to our large selection of fitness classes, our fitness staff can help you find the best way to #GetFit.

Members are no longer required to make reservations for the Fitness Center or in-person group fitness classes. Reservations are still required for lap swim, court access (basketball & racquetball), and the indoor track. Fitness Center Schedule
The Fitness Center is open Monday - Thursday 6 am - 9 pm, Friday 6 am - 7 pm, and weekends 8 am - 5 pm. We also have hoops, racquetball, indoor track and more. #GetFit at the J >>
Indoor Pool Schedule
