The Fitness Center is open Monday - Thursday 6 am - 9 pm, Friday 6 am - 7 pm, and weekends 8 am - 5 pm. We also have hoops, racquetball, indoor track and more. #GetFit at the J >>

Group Fitness + Classes

#GetFit with our group fitness classes this summer! We have 37 classes with a class every day of the week. There is something for everyone at the J this summer at the J.

Co-Rec Softball

Summer softball is back in 2022! League play begins this Sunday, June 12 and there is still plenty of time to join us. So, dust off your glove, lace up the cleats, and get ready to take the field for a casual and fun six-week league.

Personal Training

Did you know you SJCC members get a Personal Training Orientation for free? And if you are ready to get started with a personal trainer, the J offers a special package of four sessions for just $150 for those signing up with a trainer for the first time. Learn more >>
