Rock Steady Boxing

Rock Steady Boxing participants fight back against the symptoms of Parkinson’s Disease. With tough workouts, lots of laughter, and true camaraderie, we take on PD together.

Group Fitness + Classes

#GetFit with our group fitness classes this summer! We have 37 classes with a class every day of the week. There is something for everyone at the J this summer at the J.

Personal Training

Did you know you SJCC members get a personal training orientation for free? And, if you’re ready to get started with a personal trainer, the J offers a special package of four sessions for just $150 for those signing up with a trainer for the first time. Learn more >>
