Fitness Center Schedule
The Fitness Center is open Monday - Thursday 6 am - 9 pm, Friday 6 am - 7 pm, and weekends 8 am - 5 pm. We also have hoops, racquetball, indoor track and more. #GetFit at the J >>

#GetFit with our group fitness classes this summer! We have 37 classes with a class every day of the week. There is something for everyone at the J this summer at the J.
Summer softball is back in 2022! League play begins this Sunday, June 12 and there is still plenty of time to join us. So, dust off your glove, lace up the cleats, and get ready to take the field for a casual and fun six-week league.
