There is something for everyone to get fit at the J. From the largest fitness center on Mercer Island to our various courts to our large selection of fitness classes, our fitness staff can help you find the best way to #GetFit.
Per the latest “Healthy Washington–Roadmap to Recovery” guidelines, we are in phase 3 and fitness activities are open. With the move to Phase 3, the Fitness Center no longer requires reservations for members to use. Reservations are still required for group fitness, pool access, court access (basketball & racquetball) and the indoor track. Fitness Center Schedule
The Fitness Center is open: Weekdays 7-7 pm; and Weekends 8 am - 4 pm. Reservations are no longer required - members can drop in anytime. See schedule >>
Indoor Pool Schedule
The J's indoor pool is open for lap swim, family swim, classes, and swim lessons. Pool is available via reservation only for members. Take a look at our daily schedule! See schedule >>
