SJCC offers a variety of swim classes and workouts for all ages.
For adults, our classes focus on stroke technique, endurance, and overall swim fitness. Classes vary from intermediate to advanced. Swimming is an excellent workout for people of all ages, with no added impact on your joints. For kids and teens, we have classes that get them active in the water with a ton of fun thrown in.

Youth Recreation Water Polo (Ages 8-14)
This program is designed to introduce the sport of water polo to children ages 8-14 years old. The intent is to provide basic skills and understanding of the sport in a recreational format. This class covers all the fun, dynamic aspects of the game in a safe, easy to learn aquatic experience that will motivate kids to swim and stay fit. Registration opens Dec. 18
