Fitness Center Orientation
New to fitness or to the Jโs Fitness Center? Sign up for a FREE Fitness Center Orientation. During this 30-minute appointment, a member of our fitness team will show you the basics of how to use the weight machines and cardio equipment. You will learn how to start, stop, and change settings on cardio machines, change seat height and weight selection on machines. *Orientation is not a personal training session.
Hours
- Monday – Thursday: 6 am โ 9 pm
- Friday: 6 am โ 7 pm
- Weekends: 8 am โ 5 pm
Please bring your SJCC membership access card to scan into the building. If yours has been misplaced or you need one replaced, you must present photo ID to the Welcome Desk team and theyโll get you a new one. If you email Membership@sjcc.org or call us at 206-232-7115, at least 24 hours before you plan to come in, weโll have a new card waiting for you. If you’re a new member, the Welcome Desk team will issue you a card.
