Teacher/Support Teacher – Early Childhood School
Do you love working with young children and helping them thrive? The SJCC Early Childhood Teacher plays an integral role in fostering a supportive, inclusive, and engaging experience for young children enrolled in our school. Guest Experience Specialist
Help create the warm, safe, friendly atmosphere that makes the J so special. Guest Experience Specialists are be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members, guests, and employees at the agency’s Welcome Desk, J Café, and/or Fitness Center. You’ll sit poolside, ready to act when needed or help with pool maintenance and upkeep alongside your teammates. You’ll refine your communication skills and learn how to create environments for safe recreation and skill-building. Arts + Ideas Program Coordinator
Make magic happen in our community. Join the SJCC Arts + Ideas team as a Program Coordinator, where you will assist with the planning and implementation of Arts + Ideas programs that include live theatrical productions, musical performances, lectures, hosted discussions, and the long-running Seattle Jewish Film Festival. The Program Coordinator oversees the box office, customer service, volunteer engagement and community outreach, and more, working together with internal colleagues and external partners to ensure programs run smoothly and customers, volunteers, and the whole community share meaningful and enjoyable experiences.

Youth Sports + Recreation Manager
Bring fun, friendship, and skill to elementary, middle, and high schoolers at the J. From basketball to racquetball, agility to sportsmanship, you have the opportunity to teach and develop young people into the athletes or sports fans they hope to become. In the role of Youth Sports + Recreation Manager you will create sports programs that teach rules, tips, and tricks that make it easy to enjoy a game from any position. For those interested in furthering their skill, you will create competitive programs that foster community and friendship, including the J’s long-running Dinky Dunkers kids basketball program and the revival of our participation in the JCC Association Maccabi program. Summer J Camp Counselors, Specialists, and Coordinators
