School’s Out J Camps

When school’s out, the J is the place to be!

School’s out, but the fun + exploration continue! From holidays to conference days, we provide a J Camp experience all year long. Parents enjoy uninterrupted routines while kids enjoy special activities, games, crafts and swimming!

Registration will close one week prior to the start of each camp. 

2025-2026 Dates + Details 

Ages: K – 5th grade
Camp Hours: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., plus optional extended care until 6 p.m.
The late pick-up charge is $1 per minute per camper after camp ends.

Daily Rates:

  • Core Camp: $86 members | $95 guests
  • Extended Care: $19 members | $21 guests 

Add-Ons 

  • Extended Care: After the camp day, kids can stay as late as 6 pm to enjoy more fun in a safe and welcoming environment. Campers will be given a snack and can choose between active or calm self-led activities. Extended care is free kids registered for Kidstown on the days they typically attend.

  • Nov. 24-26 – Thanksgiving Break Camp (No Extended Care 11/26)
  • Dec. 22-Jan. 5 – Winter Break Camp  (No Extended Care 12/24 + 12/31, No Camp 12/25 + 01/01)
  • Jan. 19 – MLK Jr. Day Camp (No Extended Care, Camp Ends at 3pm)
  • Jan. 26 – Winter Conference Camp
  • Feb. 16-20 – Midwinter Break Camp 
  • March 20 – Spring Conference Camp 
  • Apr. 13-17 – Spring Break Camp

Will be opening registration for the rest of camps later this fall. 

Registration for School’s Out Camp classes close one week before each program starts. Please email camp@sjcc.org to inquire about availability after that point.

As our partners, we will rely on you to:

  • Fill out the camp registration form completely to ensure we can provide the best support for your child.
  • Send your child(ren) each day with a nut-free, vegetarian lunch and snacks. Explore suggested recipes here.
  • Check your email for important information about School’s Out J Camps.

Parents are required to keep children home if they exhibit any symptoms of illness.
