Fitness Class: Beginner Slow Flow Yoga

Join us Saturday with Samara at 11 am for our beginner Slow Flow Yoga an intentionally slower pace class to help deepen yoga knowledge and skills. This class will help create a strong connection with the mind, body, and breath as you move through postures for the entire body.
