Fitness Class: H.I.R.T. – Sunday

Join us Sunday at 9:30 am with Leslie for our group fitness class, H.I.R.T. Intermediate (High Intensity Resistance Training) Short bursts of high-intensity exercise followed by short periods of rest. Designed to burn fat, build muscle, and improve cardiovascular conditioning and endurance.
H.I.R.T. intermediate is also offered at Tuesday at 4:30 and 5:30 pm and Wednesday and Thursday at 4:30 pm.
