Fitness Class: Advanced H.I.R.T – Sunday

Join us for our H.I.R.T Advanced Class at the J Sunday mornings with Leslie at 8:15 am. H.I.R.T. Advanced (High Intensity Resistance Training) Compound movements that target multiple muscle groups to make this workout a challenging, effective, full-body training session. For people who want to bring their fitness to a higher level with faster pace and more advanced moves.
