Fitness Class: Aqua Fit – Th

Join us at the J’s indoor pool every weekday (Monday through Friday) for our AquaFit class led by our fitness staff. Held Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 9 am and Tuesday/Thursday at 9:30 am, Aqua Fit is a heart-pumping workout with no added impact on your joints.
