How to Register Using CampInTouch

CampInTouch is our secure registration system. Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • Your Visa/MasterCard or e-check information
  • Emergency contact names and phone numbers
  • Your email and password, if you are a returning camp family

Register for J Camp, including Summer J Camp, Winter J Camp and School’s Out Camp below!

Registration dates:

  • Summer J Camp 2023 – Registration opens January 23 for SJCC members and January 25 for guests.
  • School’s Out J Camps – Registration now open for the 2022-23 school year!

If a camp week is full, you can sign up for the wait list through the CampInTouch registration link.

How to Login to CampInTouch

RETURNING FAMILIES
If you registered for J Camp for any session after 2018, you already have a CampInTouch account. Use your CampInTouch login to register a new camper or a returning camper. (If you don’t remember your login, click “Retrieve/Set Password” on the login page to recover it.)

NEW FAMILIES
Click the ‘Begin your Application’ button – and then create a new account with your email and a password of your choice.

Please make sure to save your login information for future use!

To Register More than One Child

After registering your first child, you will reach the final “Application Submitted” screen. Click the “Begin New Application” link. All the relevant information for your first child will be saved as you begin the application for your next child.

Who is the Primary Parent/Guardian?

The application will assign the person completing the online form as “Primary” parent/guardian and this person will have the main login for the account. You can add additional parent/guardian contact information and email addresses to the account, but the camp will consider the “Primary” person as the main point of contact by default.

Making Payments

Payments will be processed by credit card or e-check. J Camp charges 2.5% for credit card use to help us cover the cost credit card companies charge us.

E-check is a secure, easy alternative with no added fees for either party. Make sure you have your routing number and account number available for e-check purchases. If you have any questions or concerns, contact Account Services Manager Beth Rosen or call 206-388-1995.

If you don’t receive an email confirmation

Please note that communications sent from or through CampInTouch to email addresses sometimes get filtered to a spam folder. Please check your spam folder following registration if you do not receive a confirmation of enrollment. If you still have not received an email,  contact Account Services Manager Beth Rosen or call 206-388-1995.
