Eligibility
Eligibility to apply for financial assistance for 2022 is based on family income level as shown below (2023 eligibility chart coming soon):

Below are two application forms. Please select the appropriate form. It will guide you through the calculation of household income and requires the provision of information on household expenses, assets, and liabilities. If available, please attach your 2021 income tax return when you submit your application.
- A simplified form where the total cost of the program(s) for which financial aid is requested is at or below $1,500
- A regular form where the total cost of the program(s) for which financial aid is requested is above $1,500.
