Whether youโ€™re a regular exerciser who needs someone to help you stay on track, or youโ€™re getting into it for the first time, we have a trainer whoโ€™s right for you. For ages 13 and older.

PERSONAL TRAINING INTRODUCTION โ€“ 4 sessions for $275
Includes Personal Training Orientation

Ready to get started with a personal trainer? The J offers a package to our members of four sessions for just $275 for first-time clients and includes a personal training orientation, which allows your trainer to get to know you and your goals so they can create a personalized workout plan. Please complete the Personal Training Request Form to kick off your fitness journey!

All new PT packages include a 30-minute consultation with a personal trainer and all clients receive access to our body composition scale with coaching from their trainer.

Cancellation Policy

IN GYM: Clients must cancel or reschedule their client at least 24 hours in advance of their scheduled training session, in writing by emailing their personal trainer at their SJCC email. Cancelations made within the 24 hour window will be charged as a full session.
