Fitness Center Orientation

New to fitness or to the Jโ€™s Fitness Center? Sign up for a FREE Fitness Center Orientation. During this 30-minute appointment, a member of our fitness team will show you the basics of how to use the weight machines and cardio equipment. You will learn how to start, stop, and change settings on cardio machines, change seat height and weight selection on machines. **Orientation is not a personal training session.

Hours

  • Monday – Thursday: 6 am โ€“ 9 pm
  • Friday: 6 am โ€“ 7 pm 
  • Weekends: 8 am โ€“ 5 pm

Please bring your SJCC membership card so we can scan you into the building. If yours has been misplaced, let our Welcome Desk team know and theyโ€™ll get you a new one. If you email AmandaP@sjcc.org or call us at 206-232-7115, at least 24 hours before you plan to come in, weโ€™ll have a new card waiting for you. If you’re a new member, the Welcome Desk team will issue you a card.
