This fun, high energy class is specifically designed for people with Parkinson’s disease. We are excited to offer two levels of this class, both in person and online. Participants must complete an application and assessment process prior to participating. Not open for drop-ins.

Join fitness favorite Susie Rosenstein for a series of Urban Hikes in the Seattle area. On our upcoming walk will explore one of Bellevue’s fabulous parks, Weowna Park.
