Hybrid Fitness Class: Dynamic Yoga

Join SJCC instructor Nenna on Tuesday at 6:30 am for the hybrid fitness class Dynamic Yoga. Participate in this class at the J or online right from your own home. This class is meditative and physically challenging. Correct breath control is essential to creating a seamless flow of postures, and Nenna will lead you through them, no matter your yoga experience (from first-timer to expert).
