Fitness Class: Intermediate Slow Flow Yoga

Join SJCC instructor Nenna on Friday at 8:30 am for our intermediate group fitness class Slow Flow Yoga. This class is meditative and geared for a slower pace of yoga. Correct breath control is essential to creating a seamless flow of postures, and Nenna will lead you through them, no matter your yoga experience (from first-timer to expert).
