Welcome to MovieCat Trivia, a multimedia movie explosion. Celebrate your cinephile knowledge of movies and pop culture! Hosted by the cheeky, playful pairing of board-game designer Jessica Aceti and her bestie, Rachel Belle, host of Cascade PBS’s “The Nosh,” MovieCat is a newfangled trivia experience, chock full of video and audio cues, posters and trailer clues. What’s more: Your MovieCat hosts have created a new Jewish film trivia category with special SJFF 2027 prizes!
Come stag or bring a team of friends! Trivia is more fun and easier with shared knowledge. Individuals attending can join a shared table.
Doors open 30 min. before. Happy Hour drinks, pizza slices and snacks for sale. Pre-order your slice(s) with your tickets and guarantee your cheesy brain food won’t run out.

Jessica Aceti is the co-creator and host of MovieCat Trivia, where film buffs and casual moviegoers alike battle it out over clips, quotes and questionable Oscar picks. When she’s not quizzing crowds, Aceti works in the boardgame industry, so yes, she takes fun very seriously, professionally. Her mom invented the FannyPack hat and unfortunately she does like blueberry in her bagels.
Rachel Belle is the creator/host of “Your Last Meal,” a James Beard Award finalist for best podcast; host of the Emmy-nominated Cascade PBS TV show “The Nosh with Rachel Belle”; author of the cookbook “Open Sesame”; and an editor-at-large at Seattle’s Cascade PBS. She doesn’t believe in blueberry bagels and her great uncle invented the tube top.
