Clients are asked to call 24 hours in advance of the scheduled training session. You will be charged for appointments cancelled with fewer than 24-hours’ notice.
Free Fitness Center Orientation
Meet with a certified trainer to familiarize yourself with the J Fitness Center. New members can meet with a trainer for one 1-hour session to learn how to use our equipment, including our new HOIST strength machines and cardio machines.
