Dance into the light with this new Zumba class that combines standard high-energy cardio dance with strength training by incorporating lightweight, maraca-like "Toning Sticks" (typically 1 to 2.5 pounds) or standard dumbbells to sculpt muscles in the arms, core, and lower body.
