Fitness Workshop: Fitness Center Group Orientation

New to the fitness center or looking for a refresher? Join one of our personal trainers for a small-group orientation and learn the basics of using the cardio and strength equipment. We’ll show you how to start and adjust cardio machines, set up weight machines for proper fit, select appropriate weight levels, and use the equipment safely and confidently.
