Fitness Class: The Countdown Challenge
Join us Sunday at 9:20 am for The Countdown Challenge fitness class with Leslie. A high-intensity workout that combines strength, cardio, and core using a variety of descending formatsโfrom rep ladders and timed intervals to elimination-style core work. This challenging class moves through powerful cardio bursts, heavy strength work, and focused core training. Intermediate/Advanced.
