Fitness Class: Strength and Balance

Leat Amram brings a Strength and Balance class to our Intermediate Group Fitness Class lineup this Friday at 10:30 am. She will teach you how to focus on balance, mobility, and gentle strength training using body weight, stability balls and hand weights.
