Fitness Class: H.I.R.T – T/TH

Join us Tuesday and Thursday with Leslie at 4:30 pm for our group fitness class, H.I.R.T. Intermediate (High Intensity Resistance Training) Short bursts of high-intensity exercise followed by short periods of rest. Designed to burn fat, build muscle, and improve cardiovascular conditioning and endurance.
H.I.R.T. intermediate is also offered at 9:30 am on Saturday.
