Fitness Class: H.I.I.T.

Join us Saturday at 8:15 am for our H.I.I.T. Intermediate (High Intensity Interval Training) fitness class with Natalie. HIIT involves exercises performed in repeated quick bursts at maximum or near maximal effort with periods of rest or low activity between. This class will push your fitness to the next level!
