Fitness Class: Chair Yoga

Join SJCC group fitness instructor Nenna every Wednesday at 11 am for this unique fitness class, Chair Yoga.ย It is suitable for students unable to participate in a traditional yoga class. The class offers a practical alternative, as it deepens flexibility and strengthens personal body awareness.
