Join us Friday morning (7:15 am) for our senior-focused fitness class, Ageless Strength Training with Nenna. Offered at the J, this class provides a variety of trainings from โstationsโ to aerobics, to strengthening and stretching, and balance. Heavy on the fun and mental engagement.
