Campers dive into the world of food trucks by designing their very own! Working in small teams, they’ll choose a theme, build out a menu, decorate the exterior, and develop a simple business plan to support their vision. Throughout the week, campers will shop for ingredients and cook sample dishes from their menu. They’ll also tackle fun mini challenges like designing a logo, crafting a signature item, and pitching their food truck concept to the group. This hands-on, imaginative program blends creativity, collaboration, entrepreneurship, and a love of food!
