Explore leadership and philanthropy (tzedakah) through hands-on project management experiences in this program for 9th and 10th graders. You’ll learn how to be a camp counselor at the SJCC while fine-tuning your leadership skills with an emphasis on group dynamics, curriculum creation, project management, and problem-solving. In this two-week training program, you will act as a counselor’s assistant and learn how to facilitate a group of kids with confidence, work with a team, and create a program and bring it to fruition. We’ll provide daily check-ins, guidance, guest speakers, and final project opportunities. The CIT Program is available in two sessions—sign up for one or both and join this amazing cohort of future leaders for a life-changing summer experience!
