Love being in the water? Campers will gain confidence and have fun while learning competitive strokes, starts, and turns. Every day includes stroke-specific drills, dry-land training, and fun water games. This program is designed for campers with a strong foundation in swimming. They must be able to swim 50 yards (1 lap) of freestyle continuously with side breathing + tread water for 30 seconds. Contact aquatics@sjcc.org to discuss if this offering is a good fit or to schedule a competency assessment.
