Join the J for Zumbaยฎ on Tuesdays at noon. This intermediate fitness class infuses targeted body sculpting into the cardio Zumba format.
Join us Tuesday and Thursday with Leslie at 4:30 pm for our group fitness class, H.I.R.T. Intermediate (High Intensity Resistance Training) Short bursts of high-intensity exercise followed by short periods of rest. Designed to burn fat, build muscle, and improve cardiovascular conditioning and endurance.
Follow a steady, foundational yoga flow to build strength, mobility, and balance. Focus on breath and movement to create a calm, effective practice. All levels.
Learn team performance dances from each of our levels starting with our beginner dances through the all-new improver level, to intermediate and into our advanced level dances.

Join us at the J's indoor pool every weekday (Monday, Wednesday + Friday)ย at 9 am for our AquaFit beginner group fitness class led by our fitness staff. Aqua Fit is a heart-pumping workout with no added impact on your joints.
Join us for our Restorative Stretch intermediate group fitness class with Nenna on Wednesday mornings at 9:45 am. A full-body stretch from neck to ankles using a yoga strap and gravity.
