Levels:

Beginner: Beginner classes are for anyone who hasn’t exercised in a while, those who are just

starting a fitness routine, or those who want to master basic movements.

Intermediate: Intermediate classes are for those who want a regular exercise routine with moderate

intensity that are ready to advance beyond beginner and push themselves more.

Advanced: Advanced classes are designed for people who exercise regularly and have confidence in

their fitness and form. These classes feature intense training.

Bootcamp

Challenge yourself with a high-energy mix of strength and cardio designed to build endurance and resilience. A motivating group workout that pushes you to improve. Intermediate

Chair Yoga

A gentle, supportive class using a chair to improve strength, flexibility and balance. Ideal for accessible movement and building confidence. Beginner. All levels

Full Body Circuit Training

Move through timed stations that combine strength and cardio for a full-body workout. Keep your heart rate up while building endurance and strength. Intermediate

Cardio H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training)

H.I.R.T. (High Intensity Resistance Training)

Combine strength training with interval work to build both muscle and endurance. Expect a challenging, efficient workout that delivers results. Intermediate to Advanced

Hatha Yoga

Follow a steady, foundational yoga flow to build strength, mobility, and bal­ance. Focus on breath and movement to create a calm, effective practice. All levels

Mat Pilates

Build core strength and stability through controlled, intentional movement. Improve posture and body awareness with focused Pilates work. All levels

Outdoor Sprint Interval Training

Explosive, athletic intervals using plyometrics, sprints and advanced cal­isthenics. Train at your highest intensity with explosive intervals and full recovery to maximize power and performance. Advanced

Pelvic Floor Foundations

Learn to strengthen and connect to your pelvic floor through breath and controlled movement. This class supports stability, posture and functional strength. Participants must be able to get up and down from the floor and perform exercises independently. All levels
