Join us for our Restorative Stretch intermediate group fitness class with Nenna on Sunday mornings at 9:20 am. A full-body stretch from neck to ankles using a yoga strap and gravity. Whether pre- or post-workout, this is a great way to recover and renew the body.
Fitness Class: Step Class – Sunday
Join us for our Step Class led by Nenna at the J Sunday mornings at 10:30 am. Nenna will lead you in this classic cardio workout. This is an intermediate level course.

Join us for Intermediate Bootcamp on Mondays at 9:45 am. Work at your own pace with modifiable exercises that challenge your cardiovascular system and muscle strength.

We're taking this challenging sprint interval training class outside! We will take our intervals to the hills, the stairs, and other objects outside to add more functionality to our training.

Intermediate (High Intensity Resistance Training) Short bursts of high-intensity exercise followed by short periods of rest. Join us Friday morning (7:15 am) for our senior-focused fitness class, Ageless Strength Training with Nenna. Offered at the J, this class provides a variety of trainings from “stations” to aerobics, to strengthening and stretching and balance.
Fitness Class: Intermediate Slow Flow Yoga
Join SJCC instructor Nenna on Friday at 8:30 am for our intermediate group fitness class Slow Flow Yoga. This class is meditative and geared for a slower pace of yoga.
Fitness Class: Zumba Toning
Dance into the light with this new Zumba class that combines standard high-energy cardio dance with strength training by incorporating lightweight, maraca-like "Toning Sticks" (typically 1 to 2.5 pounds) or standard dumbbells to sculpt muscles in the arms, core, and lower body.
