Fitness Class: Water Polo Thursdays
Join us for Recreational Water Polo this March! This program is designed for players who want to learn, build skills, and enjoy friendly competition in a fun, supportive environment.
Each session includes:
- 30 minutes of instructional and introductory drills focused on passing, shooting, positioning, and game strategy
- 30 minutes of scrimmage play to apply skills in a live game setting
Whether youโre new to water polo or looking to get back in the pool, this is a great opportunity to improve your game and stay active.

March 5, 12, 19, and 26
