Fitness Class: Sprint Interval Training (SIT)

March 9 • 4:15 pm - 5:15 pm

Push your limits with short bursts of high-intensity movement followed by full recovery. Using 30-second rounds of jump squats, burpees, and calisthenics, you’ll raise your heart rate quickly, then recover before the next effort. This interval style improves cardiovascular fitness, boosts metabolism, builds strength and power, and helps your body recover more efficiently — all in less time.
