Fitness Class: Sprint Interval Training (SIT)

Push your limits with short bursts of high-intensity movement followed by full recovery. Using 30-second rounds of jump squats, burpees, and calisthenics, youโ€™ll raise your heart rate quickly, then recover before the next effort. This interval style improves cardiovascular fitness, boosts metabolism, builds strength and power, and helps your body recover more efficiently โ€” all in less time.
