Fitness Class: Rock Steady Boxing Level 3/4
Join us Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at the J for our Rock Steady Boxing Level 3/4 group fitness class at 12:15 pm. This class shares the same positive, fun, comprehensive approach to group exercise as the original class, but at a more moderate tempo. Workouts include non-contact boxing drills, balance, strength, cognitive activities and more. All exercises can be completed standing or seated.
