Fitness Class: Pelvic Floor Foundations

April 16 • 11:50 am - 12:30 pm

A beginner class focused on strengthening the pelvic floor through breath, core connection, and gentle movement. Improve stability, posture, and functional strength. For safety, participants must be able to get up and down from the floor independently in order to participate.
