Fitness Class: Maxx Effort Interval Training

Push your limits with explosive, fast, and athletic high-intensity intervals. Power through 30-second maxx-effort rounds using plyometrics such as jumps and sprints, along with advanced calisthenics, to spike your heart rate, build strength, boost endurance, and develop power.
