Fitness Class: Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is a foundational, energizing practice for all levels. Follow a consistent series of poses each week to build strength, improve mobility, and track your progress over time. This full-body class combines breath, movement, stretching, and strengthening to help you feel balanced, rejuvenated, and confident in your practice.
