Step up your fitness game with our Boxing Fitness Classโa dynamic, full-body workout that blends boxing combinations with strength and cardio training. Designed for advanced levels, this high-energy class is led by National Collegiate Judo Gold Medalist, Tegan Yuasa.
For your first class, youโre welcome to borrow a pair of our loaner gloves. You will need to bring your own gloves starting with your second class.
