Fitness Class: Aqua Fit Strong

Join us at the J’s indoor pool every Tuesday at 9 am for our AquaFit beginner group fitness class led by our staff. Build strength without the impact in Aqua Strong, a full-body water workout using aquatic weights and resistance. This all-levels class improves strength, balance, and joint health in both deep and shallow water.
