Holiday celebrations, pool parties, hiking trips, and more! The J always has great activities that the whole family can enjoy together.
Dinner at Our House
Sunday, January 21
Do you like to cook? How about helping those in need? We’re partnering with YouthCare, an organization working to fight homelessness among Seattle teens, to cook dinner for 20 in the SJCC kitchen. Dinner will then be delivered to YouthCare’s Jackson Street facility to be served that evening. Please join us for a couple hours to help battle food insecurity among homeless teens.
If you’re interested in participating, please email SJCC Community Connections Professional Ken Di Raimondo or call 206-388-0839.

Shabbat Unplugged: Legend of Dragons

When you imagine a dragon, what do you see? With the help of the Woodland Park Zoo, we’ll learn about how the dragons we read about in stories relate the real-life animals that inspired them! We’ll explore the lives of reptiles and meet a zoo ambassador who knows firsthand what it’s like to be a dragon. Ideal for pre-k to 6th grade.
