Join us at the J's indoor pool every week day (Monday through Friday) for our AquaFit class led by our fitness staff. Held Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 9 am and Tuesday/Thursday at 9:30 am, Aqua Fit is a heart-pumping workout with no added impact on your joints.
Join us Monday morning at 11 am for our Senior Pilates and Conditioning. Learn and perfect Pilates to build flexibility, strength, balance, awareness of breath, and focus. This class is available both in person and online.
This fun, high energy class is specifically designed for people with Parkinson’s disease. We are excited to offer two levels of this class, both in person and online. Participants must complete an application and assessment process prior to participating. Not open for drop-ins.
