Fitness Class: Full Body Circuit Training
April 8 • 4:30 pm - 5:15 pm
A complete head-to-toe workout in 45 minutes that mixes strength and cardio in a circuit format. Move through timed stations to build strength, boost endurance, and maintain a consistent, elevated heart rate.
