Bone Health + Strength for Women

February 1 โ€ข 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
$119 โ€“ $159

Research shows that women begin to lose bone density as early as their 30s, often long before symptoms are noticeable. This program is for women interested in a preventive, proactive approachโ€”helping build and protect bone health before osteopenia or osteoporosis takes hold.

This class introduces women to the foundations of powerlifting-based strength training, with a strong focus on squats, deadlifts, and other weight-bearing movements. If you are not yet thinking about your bone health, itโ€™s never too early to start strength training.

Through a thoughtful blend of strength training, mobility work, and balance exercises, youโ€™ll learn safe and effective techniques to support long-term bone and joint health.

Who this class is designed for:

  • Women typically in their 30sโ€“60s
  • Those who want to prevent osteopenia or osteoporosis
  • Women who are new to strength training or have limited experience lifting heavier weight

This class includes strength training with movements like squats and deadlifts, so it may not be a fit for everyone. If you have osteoporosis, ongoing back or joint concerns, balance or mobility challenges, or have been advised to avoid heavier lifting, please check with your healthcare provider or reach outโ€”weโ€™re happy to help you find the right option.
