Stroum Jewish Community Center of Greater Seattle
Everyone is welcome.
We are delighted you are considering the Schwartz Early Childhood School for your child’s education. Located on Mercer Island, we offer part-time and full-time programs for infants through Kindergarten-aged children. We can’t wait for you to join us!
Our philosophy focuses on respect, responsibility, and community. We meet the individual needs of each growing child in an atmosphere of warmth and connection where children gain a strong sense of compassion for themselves and others.
At the Schwartz Early Childhood School, we believe all children are capable, competent, and natural researchers. Guided by Jewish values and an innovative child-centered, inquiry-based learning philosophy, we create an environment where children thrive in all areas of development: social, emotional, physical, and intellectual.
From sitting in the driver's seat and honking the horn to learning about each vehicle and the important work it does from the people who operate them, it was a day filled with excitement, discovery and fun.
Registration is now open for our summer camp. Register Today! And don't forget about our Parent's Night Out events and more...
