Thursday pool hours.
Join us for our Step Class led by Nenna at the J Thursday mornings at 8:30 am. This is an intermediate level course.
Join us at the J's indoor pool every Thursday at 9 am to turn up the intensity without the impact in Aqua HIIT. This high-energy water workout uses powerful intervals to boost cardio and strength while being easy on your joints. Suitable for all levels.
Join us for our Body Fit with SJCC instructor Susie on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:45 am.
Join us Thursday mornings at the J for our Balance + Stability beginner group fitness class as we work on your balance, core strength, and overall stability to strengthen movement.
This is an event test and not an actual offering. Just a test.
Join us Tuesday and Thursday with Leslie at 4:30 pm for our group fitness class, H.I.R.T. Intermediate (High Intensity Resistance Training) Short bursts of high-intensity exercise followed by short periods of rest. Designed to burn fat, build muscle, and improve cardiovascular conditioning and endurance.
